Delete your TriviaNexus account

This page explains how to permanently delete your account for TriviaNexus, the mobile trivia game published under the same name as on the Google Play and App Store listings.

Delete in the app

The fastest way to delete your account:

1. Open the TriviaNexus app on your device.
2. Open the main menu and go to Settings.
3. Scroll to Delete account and follow the prompts to confirm.

You must be signed in to complete deletion in the app.

If you cannot use the app

If you lost access to your device or cannot sign in, email us from the address associated with your account:

support@trivianexus.com

Use the subject line Account deletion request and include the email address or username tied to your TriviaNexus account. We will verify ownership and process the request as soon as we reasonably can.

What we delete

When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymize personal data tied to that account, including for example:

• Profile and account identifiers (email, display name, preferences)
• Gameplay and progression data stored against your user ID
• In-app content you created while logged in (for example chat or profile media), where applicable

What we may keep

We may retain certain information when the law requires it or for legitimate business needs, such as:

• Aggregated or de-identified analytics that cannot be linked back to you
• Minimal records needed for fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance
• Data we are required to retain for tax, accounting, or regulatory reasons

Retention period

After deletion is confirmed, active account data is removed from the Service on our usual processing schedule. Residual copies in backups typically roll off within a limited period (for example up to 90 days) unless a longer hold is required by law.
